one way bearing shot

hey guys,

New to the forum here, but have been bashing for a while. I just added a really nice used Savage 25 to my toy list and have been having a little trouble getting it started. The owb was slipping badly so I took the backing plate off to clean it out and re-lube it. Well, in my hurry, I lost a couple of the rollers inside, so now it scrap.

I`ve been searching posts all morning, and haven`t been able to locate the part number for the owb. My engine is the stock 4.1. Would anyone happen to know the part number for the owb. I`ve checked the manual and the engine manual, and can`t find it there either. Are these just generic or are they specific to each engine/crank?

specific to each engine/crank. I believe the F4.1 and F 4.6 OWB are the same but not the K's so don't confuse the two.

one is internal behind the back plate the other is in the pull start or roto start!

cool. Looks like the 1430. Mine fits into the starter housing/gear then slides over the end of the crankshaft on the outside of the engine housing.
