ok what are the brake in spetin on the 4.6f servies

like the title says i need to kn ow what i need to do for break in soory i had to ask i have never done it and tips for it would be awsome

imo, 2 things:

1. take off your x-header & turn the crank till piston is at BDC & then mark your flywheel with fingernail polish for a reference point. make sure your piston is at BDC every time you stop your mill.
