The OFNA 086 exhaust pipe comes with a 2 tight bends manifold. Would the performance of this pipe be benefited or hindered by the use of a sweeping 180 header?
It will be installed on a LRP 30X engine.
Thank you in advance for your insights.

As per your question, better exhaust flow is usually a good thing. Only barrier is when it's so free flowing that you loose back pressure. This shouldn't be an issue since the 086 isn't that loud of a muffler. I can't speak from personal experience on that header though. I say give it a shot, at worst perhaps you'll lose a little low end torque.

I have both versions of the header with the LRP 30X. That engine is a beast. I don't think it matters what you put on the back of it.
