I got my first Nitro savy and am itching to start it a shake it down before I do a tear down before spring. Well we had a 27 degree and sunny day here today so I thought I would give it a try.

Well to no avail I could get it to run. It could be the outside temp. or poor glowplug, or just my stupidity.

I would assume that the element in the glowplug should "glow" when it is charged. What is the coldest air temp. that you can start a nitro in?

Thanks for the help,
Ryan

Yes the element glow when it is chraged..I never run my savy under 35 degrees..:resp:

you have to keep it warm to get it to start. make sure your getting fuel to the engine, give a blow into the pressure line to prime the engine. check glow plug, should get to a bright orange/white color on a good charge.

Thanks guy's I think my battery was getting weak. Will try again later.
Lots of questions for the first time
