New Savage wont run

Hi All,

I only new here so ill say hi as well.

My mates and i have bought 4 Brand new savages. 3 of us have run them in and been tuned to run on 25%. one of the guys can get his car started and running varying the rev range. ut as soon as we take the glow starter out it stalls.

Please help

Welcome to the Forum... have you tried changing the glow plug? sounds like it might be bad...

Try leaning it out a bit and see if it helps. I notice HPI has there trucks super rich from factory. Mine was doing the same thing.

Exactly what shanty said lean it out a bit. I have noticed this as well but they do that for a safety barrier because engines run very different at different altitudes.

I didnt realise how quick these car were.
