Hey all. I have just been delivered my new dynamite 086 and it goes on the wrong side of the savage? is this correct? and can i still run it?

Also it will not fit on the hpi 4.6 iv git because of the roto start plate but will it fit on my new lrp .30? I probably should have got the new engine first and done more research about the pipe lol.

Thanks for any help.

Brad.

yes its correct, you can run any truggy pipe on a savage. the pressure nip will just be on the bottom or side but works flawlessly.

It should fit any mill regardless of backplate. the issue that youd run into with that header is clearance between the back of the mill and shock tower. you can solve that problem in 1 of 3 ways:

1. get ext or xl tvps
2. get big bore shocks
3. geta one-piece header designed for savage.

Hey thanks for the reply. The problem is ith the header your right but I have big bores and xl tvp's so it does fit, it's just The header doesn't mount to the mill??

Bankrupter showed me a picture for reference some time ago. I tried to find it but it hidding somewhere in my email.

Yeh maybe was thinking of using a dremel to cut a flat side to it then it would fit. (does that make sence???) lol
