Is the number m3x12mm an engine mounting screws for a f4.1? I've seen where I can buy the whole engine mount n screws but not screws to mount motor to mount!! Please lead me in the right direction! I'm still going to keep searching! Thanks in advance

That is an anodized coating. It has higher abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is not needed, but it's good to have.

Just go to the local hardware store and buy some. my local ace hardware stocks many of those type screws...
