Need new Savage 21 Glow Plug and Glow Stick

So i think i need a Medium Glow plug for my savage and I'm wondering what Glow stick do i need e.g power? I'm running 25%

I prefer the McCoy plugs and I use a Dubro rechargable starter. It's really a preference in taste.
