Need Help With Break In

I have bought a new F4.6 and I have sealed it up and installed the engine, and I cant seem to get the thing started. I still have the needles at factory settings, and I primed it. I even took out the glow plug and tried to flush out the gas, thinking that I flooded the engine. Nothing seems to work for me, has anyone ran into this problem before. I made a quick vid too.

idle needle set to lw? needs to be around 1mm gap.. any sealed it? why? they come sealed n if they leak you buy new seals .. never understood ppl sealing a mill especial a new one . idk.. but anyways I'm thinking the idles set to low keeping the carb closed .. and the ignitor fully charged? check the plug in the ignitor then put the plug back in the motor after .
