I just did a winter tare down and now I'm ready to start tuning again the problems are wot it bogs down so I start adjusting and then it stalls everytime I make a adjustment, Its about 40*F out and I'm using 20% and a mc-8 plug the only 2 things I can think of is I need a HOT plug or I don't think and hope not have a air leak but i really didnt do much to the engine just cleaned the out side and put a new 1-way in and did seal that back up so I'm kinda stumpped.

are you letting the truck warm up before you start tuning it?
Test your plug out, even if 1/16 of the plug is not lighting I've seemed to have stalling problems.
I've ran my truck at 120 or so, I just turn up the idle slowly until the truck starts moving itself for a few yards then I feel free to gently speed up.
The temps hit about 160, I turn the idle back down and drive it like I stole it.

no, i know bud, alot of people use blue thunder and love it!! my 4.1 just didnt like it much lol it ran real hot, then without changing a thing other then fuel it went back to normal temps so I'm not sure why!! just goes to show you that these little engines truly do have there own "personalities" lol
