Name that motor.

Thinking about picking up this used motor but what is it. Here is what I know.

Guy says it is a picco.
Has green cooling head.
looks like it is a bigblock.

Guy says it has about 4 gallons on it put you cant beat the price he wants so why not but what is it?

Yep, Jimmy is right if it has a six bolt pattern head.
