Hey all, as some know I purchase this sled form a great member on this forum. It needed a little work to the suspension as it was completely stock and the stock suspension is not to great it also needed motor, radio and so on. So I put the S25 (CLICKY) I modded into it which was a pretty poor porting job but seemed to work well still needs some tuning as it was 25*F outside.

Like said I have added at least 3/8" to the ground clearance and about 1/4" of travel to the full rear suspension along with making it work much better.

So here's a few shots of it along with a quick Video.

As you can tell from the video the the track is slipping. I need to work with the drive wheel some as it is solid accost the track and when running in deep snow the snow pushes the track away from the drive wheel allowing it to slip. It's a pretty easy fix just need to take the time and do so.

So what do you all think?

I'm home all day in the winter and don't have that kind of time... jj looks fun needs a .21

LOL, very true and very funny Crash.

I do plan to stud the track with sheet metal screws at some point but before doing this there again the drive sprocket(Wheel) needs to be modified for the tips to clear.

very cool. i wish i had something like that here up in the great white north. although it does need a bigger motor lol. pick that track and take her to the slopes:resp:

frddyj I will have to do something like that. I just need to find one that is large enough so he looks right no it.

Thought i'd add that in the video the motor wasn't even close to tuned properly and once I get the track fixed this thing should fly pretty well. When vid was taken it was just at the start of the 2nd tank which is only like 90cc's or so.

I was a little amazed that it floated as well as it did. I had about 5" of very soft now in the front yard which sat on about another 8" of harder snow.

thats cool!! looks like it would rip fairly good if you were getting traction but with a better motor and the track issue fixed its gonna be a rocket i think!!!!

Looks like you'll have a lot of fun with that sled!

Follow the link below, and you might find some useful info on how to mod it.

I know it is highly modded, but it sure rips!

Snowmobile vids and pics.

That thing is sick, thanks for sharing.

Hopefully mine will get to that point but will take a bit more work. Next goal is to fix the drive wheel and stud the track. Then I just need to work with the motor a bit more and get it tuned much better, otherwise throw another on it. I do have an Axial 28 spec 1S sitting on the shelf but we will see how I get this on to run. I also may end up porting the track out a bit to get it flex/bend easier which will and does inhibit the speed a bit.
