Motor Mount Plate?

I'm pretty sure the TVPs would have to be modified to fit it.

The motor sits slightly outside the TVP.

Hi

Didnt they close down? The motor plate I was talking about was for the XL Flux, but now that I took a closer look at the truck I can see that the tranny is different.

You need those TVPs

Short answer No!

Long answer... The motor mount plate is different, as well as the way the motor mount plate attaches to the tvp. If looking at the car from below, the motor plate for nitro has two mounts that attaches between the tvp at a 90 degree angle (#86063). On the flux, those mounts are parallel to the tvp (#100907)
You would need to change the mounts and the plates as well as the tvps

If you are after flux standard length chassis plates I've got a set going

Hi

Thanks Nadboo for the info on the cross beams, I will have to incorporate those into the TVPs I'll be making. I wounder just how low I can get the motor to go down too with that setup. I am basically making a Frankenstein E Savage.

If I’m not mistaken, the flux motor does sit lower in the chassis than the nitro one due to those cross beams being parallel.
