I have 2 XL's, and I am super frustrated. I got them broke in and fixed the braking problem I mentioned in the last thread by opening up the carb.
Now, I start tuning and the engine starts bogging up at full throttle. I take them to a friend that used to work at LHS and he does not know what is going on. right after break in they were both going into 3rd gear, now, they don't even get to 2nd gear.
Description: I give full throttle, truck starts going faster and reving higher, and then as I am still at full throttle it looks as though it stops and goes, nonstop. I don't have this problem at the lower end, only at the mid to top end. this is happening to both trucks.
I am using trinity monster horsepower 20% temps never got over to 260 or so during tuning. I also have about 8 tanks in each.
I tried changing batteries charging, and recharging. I don't have any idea what it is and how to fix it. I hope the new savage flux is not this complicated because it looks like I'm getting one for my son, so he can play with, since the xl's like to be in the shop so much.
