Methods to raise compression?

Which methods are available to raise compression?

I know there are extra long glow plugs but i'd rather not use them.

And removing the shims ofcourse, but what when that's not enough?

Can i shave a little from the top of the sleeve?
And how much?

I also read somewhere about modifying the head, but how would that go exactly?

If your mill needs that much its time for a piston and sleeve the mill is done.

I forgot to mention the raise in compression is needed to run on 0% nitro.
The compression compensates for the lack of nitro.

Where i live nitromethane is very expensive so i'm planning to home brew my own fuel with just oil and methanol.

With no head shims, the clearance can be too close, you have to measure the clearance before you can remove 1 if any shims. Do you know how to measure the clearance? it isn't hard, but that would be step one. You can make new buttons for it if you have access to a metal lathe, you would shoot for a smaller dome but it would take trial and error to figure that out. Lots of variables, let us know.
