Gosh, it's been a long time since I have had to adjust my idle. I had the air filter off today to have a look and decided the gap was too small in my carb for an idle. I tried to turn the screw both ways but it seemed that either way i turned it, nothing happened.
So I forgot-which way do you turn the screw to bring the idle up higher? Clockwise is what I'm thinking. It idled really low when I hit the brakes but when the throttle was at neutral, it was ok. When breaking, if i held on the breaks for too long, it would eventually die.
