Well guys, so far not so good. Multiple air leaks rt out of the box an carb issues. Not to happy with it but emailing amain to resolve it. As of rt now its the worst ive ever owned. Ive had axials, piccos, ofnas, o.s engines and a few more but this one takes the cake as far as out of the box issues. An I'm sure someone will say" you gotta seal it before you put it in". All engines come decently sealed from the factory. Hoping i just have a dud. My first lrp just might be my last.

ohhhh wow ... that sucks ..... I'm a lrp man .. alll i run never had issues ever ... and i agreeee ... engines should never need sealed out of the box or ever for that matter .. thats what the o rings n sealed bearings are for ... that sucks yours is so faulty... hope they get it resolved for you fast ....

Me to. Really kinda ****ed me off but hopefully amain will take care of me. Its really sad when i have problems outta a $200 engine but yet my K5.9 will fire right up an run like a champ ha ha

Alrighty, amain has offered me a refund or replacement. I'm kinda torn between the two mainly cause what if the new one is just as bad. What to do, what to do.

Lol I'm the test dummy.....nice ha ha. Someone has to do it. Nah i haven't quite decided yet. We'll see.

I have to ship it back. They wont send till they receive my broke one. I'm gonna pull it out tonight an check to see where the leaks are.

I'm unsure if they'll pay for shippin or not. I checked everything on truck an all was good! Put the K5.9 back in an it had no problems other than outta tune! Sounded kick butt with the ercm endbleed! First time i got to hear an run that pipe. Love it! I also checked the lrp for leaks but found none. Idk what the problem was but no lie, somethin isnt right with it!

Its makin the quick higher revs at idle like it has an airleak or air in fuel line but there is no air in fuel line. It also would push the fuel back through the line once i primed it if it was between 180 an 200 degree temps. Had no probs when i stuck my other engine in. Only thing i changed was engine.

are the needles still set to flush ? mainly the lsn... might be just the idle screw set tad to high and the lsn not flush ..idk... I'm thinking it might be the servo might ned adjusted a bit so that the carb can fully seat against the idle screw .. its new so might just need adjusted a bit to run smooth till break in is over ... my lrps always like running at a higher rpm at idle ...there just a high reving mill with alot of high rpms ... but I'm thinking its just an adjustment issue ... maybe make a thread on it so others can chime in ... but that would be my guesses ...not a air leak...

Needles were at factory settings. Raised idle like i have to on most engines outta the box. Only had issues when it hit those temps. Would also start to rev real high an id have to lower idle again. Ive broke in 10 or 12 engines over the years but never had one give me troubles besides a trx 3.3. My servos were fine, one of the things i checked That day.

Ended up gettin my money back. Probly gonna get another one in a few months after i see what other people think.
