hey, so heres the problem. still having trouble finding the perfect tune on this mill. people said it an easy one to tune?!?!? really??
i had it running nicely the other night now when accelerating it splutters but if i accelerate smoothly its fine! i wont to punch it for some nice wheely action but nothing but start stop start stop!

i have followed every tuning guide that i have come across but nothing helps?! any ideas people? please?

set your lsn low speed needle flush. then barely turn it in maybe a 1/16 of a turn ..its to lean ... and might be good to turn your hsn high speed needle out 1/16 turn as well..

how much fuel have you ran through it it because sometimes it takes up to a gallon to fully break in and be able to tune for full performance.

hey all, combuster iv had just under a gallon through it now, so getting there. and max iv done what you said and had abit of luck but now i cant start it it seems to be way too rich and flooding??? and after that my pull start snapped so i haven't been able to play around with it.
should i just keep leaning till i get it running smooth?? thanks again.

change pluug maybe... and lean up your lsn a lil bit more it should fire up easy ...sometimes the glow plug willl glow but have like the first coil or two dead .. makes a pain to start n tune right ..
