I do have prices but I think I'm switching to 4mm carbon as I don't think it cost much more and will be that much stronger and doesn't add much more weight. I should know more on the difference in prices later tonight so I will post all prices later. Sorry this is taking so long.

My goal is to keep everyhing as cheap as I can. Most prices will be lower or comparable to other competitiors for carbon stuff.
Wow I'm stoked on the CF. I also have the 4.6 savy and your product looks great. I think I'll be devorced by the end of this. Can't wait to get prices for the savage Cheers!!

I like this idea allot... I have been looking at it and the only real obstacle would be the exhaust pipe... If we could extend far enough to clear the exhaust pipe that would be awesome! I have also thought of trying to use the same servo to work both front and back instead of using two separate ones... this would cut down on additional weight. It would be cool if we could just literally mount a second front end right to the back end...

I would also like to see the LCG even lower then the ones that are out now... Giving it a lower stance kind of like the REVO would help make it a better track friendly truck.

SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM
Yay someone else likes my idea. 😛artyon:. The exhaust would be a bit of a problem but i'm sure the 1 inch rear extension would be very close to enough space. May need a little bit more stretching. The only thing about using the same servo for both ends would be that you would loose some of the control you have over it by controlling it with a higher end radio. With a computer 3ch radio you can mix the third channel with the steering at different rates or lock the rear straight depending on what you are doing very easily.

Well guys I got better pictures today. If you go to my post a few posts above where I linked the picts just go into that link and they are there.

Sounds great Park.

Also, Sorry guys ive taken so long about getting prices but I'm still waiting on 4mm prices from my supplier. I will be sure to give much better detail and prices as soon as I hear. Sorry again.

Hey Larsen, I thought of an idea to also help you get your company name out and advertized more. PM Hop and talk to him about maybe donating a chassis setup (after you have bash tested it) for the Super Savage build for the Dennis Anderson RC Monster Jam World Finals. Here's the link to what I'm talking about if you haven't already seen it. Also, if you can make it to the event, maybe you could set up a booth or something also. Just some ideas for you to think about.

Thats a great Idea Xtrem. At this point I have alot tied up into this business and need to make enought to atleast pay for the carbon before I start donating parts granted the donations look great and are great advertisments. I hope you understand. If I could sell a bunch of stuff soon i'd have no problem doing this.

I was thinking about doing this. I'm just not sure if it would beable to handle a hard roll over with out a top on it since there isnt much support acrost on it. I have seen these bafore so they must work. If someone has one of these from carbon can you please post a few pictures of it and maybe how thick it is and if they have had any issues with it?

I cant make one like that as that takes molds and everything as you need to make the carbon fiber in the molds and things and at this point I'm purchasing the carbon fiber in sheats. Sorry.

I think I would like the simple stock type design with my kit. You could just make the two sides and use a piece of aluminum tubing to connect the two with either screws or a piece of all thread with nuts on the ends. I do like the handle to carry her from place to place with the body off.

Ya its very nice. I don't have one on my racer at the moment but would be very nice to have one. I will get started on a design soon for this.

i understand just trying to give u some ideas. i am sure once ur business starts to get going you will be able to do more complex designs and parts. good luck with ur business too!

Well guys I got a start on a Roll cage design. Here is a cad pict of my start on the roll bar puright support. It will have an aluminum tube acrost it inless I can find a carbon fiber tube to run acrost.

Awesome! I can't wait to get this stuff in my hands. Will you offer a complete package? TVP's, shock mounts, roll bar, servo plate, mid tank, and skidplate. What about an eng mount plate? I don't remeber this being mentioned.

Yup I have an engine mount plate. If you look in my pictures linked above you can see parts of it in some of the pictures. As far as a kit at this point I offer the TVP's kit and the Skid Plate kit as a package already but could group everything togather but it will be an expensave package, lol as all the parts add up but you would be getting everything. I just wish I had my pricing for 4mm so I could post my prices.

Allright an updated CAD picture of the roll bar. Keep in mind its intended for racers. If I use an acorn nut it wont be that big the one in solidworks just looks big for some reason.

Why not use the plastic roll cage? the CF looks cool and might be a little lighter (or not) but it isn't going to be able to take the hits a plastic one will and the CF will destroy the body too.

The plastic one is an option and will fit great on my chassis but I figgured why not make one this way its an option to the customer. It will also look really nice for people with the whole carbon chassis. I will simply put one on just because it will match the carbon and look very nice on it and currently I run none and really miss the handle when the lid is off. Its just more products for me to have, ya know also since I'm in the business I just as well make everything I can.

Not a bad prices at all for what your getting. Any plans for a standard length skid plate for the FLM chassis? Or are you going to make me get an entire kit from you?

Oregon- At this point I don't have one but will inthe future make a short chassis and skid plate. However I'm not sure if it will fit the FLM chassis. My extended one should fit there extended one thought.

Svdude- The ofna 250 tank may fit with some custom drilled holes you would have to put into the plate, but I am working on a front plate which will accept the 250 ofna tank, Thanks to Oregonmud as he has requested it. However, it will not have the same style reciever box and such as the IRC as it would make it a very expensave kit but will bolt directly in.

For a reciever box there are 2 holes in the side of my chassis which will fit the RPM RC10GT reciever box, I also have to give credit to Oregonmud for this as it was his idea.

Allright well I have a few parts to add now.

PRC125---OFNA 250CC Mid-Tank Kit---$34.80 (Tank Not included) (Will only fit with Savage X Bulkheads)
PRC128---LCG TVP Kit---$120.00 (Standard Length)
PRC130---Skid Plate Kit---$33.00 (Standard Length)
PRC131---LCG Chassis Kit---$134.64 (PRC128 & PRC130)

Remember all savage parts are made from 4mm Carbon Fiber and all these kits include all necessary parts, hardware for instalation.

I'll start saving now.
