leak

I have a problem with a leak i thought it was just comming out of the header gasket and i cant get it to stop but i also noticed i was getting oil residue at the front of the motor what would cause this? also what would be a solution for the header gasket and the leak at the front of the motor. I read something on the front bearing that said to replace it and bake the crank how do you do this if this is the problem. Help please i am getting tired of the mess.

Yes the bearing sounds crappy. You may need to replace it depending on how bad it leaks. They will seap some but shouldn't much. As far as header make sure everything is in line and that the seals are good. If you are running something other than the HPI Purple seals then replace with them because they seem to be a bit larger and will fill the header better.also, make sure you have a good spring on the header if not double them up.
