k4.6 carb setting

So my engine and carb, EVERYTHING is apart right now. I was just wondering what the factory setting was for the HSN (high speed needle). The other needles are just flush settings but my hsn is the one where you can adjust it with your fingers and doesn't go flush. Just off the top of my head I think its like 3 1/2 turns but I'm not sure. Any info is appreciated. Also any tips while I have this thing tore down is welcomed.

I believe the on the HSN copper shaft that there is a ring that has been turned into it and the plastic collar that you turn should sit flush at the bottom to this line.

larsen is correct the hsn has a line in the housing that the plastic collar lines up with
