K4.6 & Axial 28 Crank

Are the cranks the same? Are they interchangeable between the two?

Can't say for certain but I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same.

Yes they are, you can swap them back and forth.

yeah they're the same engine, i believe the hpi has better porting though. just like the F4.6 is a force 28 with better porting and obviously a better rod...
