Just Bought LRP Z.28R Spec 3

Hi Guys,
Just bought a LRP Z.28R Spec 3 for my Savage X4.6 (no longer 4.6 🙂 )

Just wondering if the standard Savage rear exhaust header will fit into the LRP? I already have a buku pipe so the car should go pretty well.

I also have 40series Moab fitted.

Will a 16/49 combination be ok?

That motor will rip .. You will need 47/18 combo to tame that beast w/ the buku.. Did you have a lrp cone for the buku?

I don't have a LRP cone. The cone i have is for the Savage 4.6. Will that do or would you suggest getting it?

Also, do you guys have a suggestion for clutch shoes? I know people are using the nova ones.

You will want a quality clutch .... I used to run Nova but have sence changed it to integy alloy clutch .. I know I know integy .. but they are 1/4 of the Price and just as good IMO..

Yes everything will fit.. You might need to get some Clutch bell shims(washers)

i have had my lrp for a little over a month. I love the thing. i use ofna silver aluminum shoes they hook good and last a while. put the three speed with the lrp youll love it.
