Thanks guys, and thanks grantie, I would just like to point out that i am not the sort of person who would normaly let a cold or flu get me down but unfortunetly i have suffered with my health for the past few months which has resulted in me having an operation and a whole lot of time off work previously i was fit and active so its been hard for me and my family i'm on the mend from the Op now but there has been a few complications. I think because my general immunity is a little low at the moment this bout of flu has hit me harder than it normaly would.
