Just baught this axial .28 1s and didnt have enough money for the pipe for it (ill get one later) so i made the stock one fit lol, i don't know how it will run but it should do ok, i buaght the axial only to find i don't have a collet that will fit my flywheel, so ill go pick one up 2morrow. (have to drive alll the way into the city grrrr)

Also there is a pic of the throttle linkade, how am i meant to make it fit? the throttle is too close the the linkage, and u cant screw the little turnbuckle in anymore🙁

as u can see there was a shortage of zip ties in my house

looks like you need to adjust your throttle servo arm

also, turn the slide knuckle on carb to match the angle of the linkage

should pull straight so there is no binding

also, looks like the header is not fitting well , it needs a tight fit so not to leak

good job makin the pipe work until you have the funds to buy what you want bro. i hope that works well for ya.

there is a grub screw opposite the ball-link on you carb. loosen the grub, turn & turn the ball toward the front of the truck.

if you need to shorten your link you may be able to cut a small piece off the rod & a small piece off of the plastic part that snaps onto the ball to shorten.

Cheers mate, i adjusted the ball linkage with that small grub screw and just cut a bit of the end of the linkage and bent it again with a pair of pliers fits well now and works perfectly. now all thats left is to get a flywheel/clutch assembly worked out and some zip ties to replace those hose clamps haha.

The Axial is alive!!!!! just ran it through hjalf a tank of gas on idle, guna go do the big run in circle for a few tanks
