So Twinkle and I made it through the storm just fine, just some minor fence Damage at our place...

here are some pictures i took around the neighbor hood after ike hit the houston area like it was tina....

Are whole street worked together and cleaned up all the trees and junk in the street....

I'm soooo glad to hear you guys made it through that ok as i've seen alot of damage and stuff on the news!!! its even been felt here in canada believe it or not, totronto got the tail end of it and theres alot of people without power and flooding so thanks for keeping us posted my friend

JUST GOT POWER!!! Man I love electricity!

We all made it through ok too. The yard was hell, but I got it all cleaned up today. Generators kept the freezers ok and fans running for sleeping.

I'll post some pics of our neighborhood. We have enormous trees here so some houses didn't fair well at all.

Glad to hear you're OK Sunk. You guys were closer to the coast than myself.

I acctually slept through most of the hurricane my inlaws were staying with us because they live pretty close to the coast.... other than that it wasnt bad. The house was moaning when i was awake the night of the storm, but i figured if the roof was gonna cave in on me i might as well be asleep lol.....
