help with picco .26 carb

I have a picco .26 omega brand for any who care but they are all the same.
anyway I was running it on sunday and after turning the idol down the carb started sticking like having to pry it open sticking. cleaned slide w/ nitro cleaner and oiled inside and out with shock oil. This help for about as long as the engine took to burn off that shock oil that I had to put in the carb and then got tight again any advice on what to do I am at a lose.

do you have a pic? how is your throttle setup? is slide lined up staight with your throttle linkage or is your linkage pulling the slide out and more to one side.

it is pulling it almost straight just like 5 degrees off
