hey guy i am getting a job at a hooby shop 15 and hour and i am 13 that is hard to find ehh. so before they hire me they want me to show that i know what i am doing so i need to put together one of there custmers xl and tune the 3rd gear i have not clue i know how to do 2nd

well atleast i can understand what your asking now lol alot here run the 3 speed so help is on the way I'm sure,

Set Lock 3rd down so it will not shift. Then adjust 2nd correctly then do 3rd.

Are you starting with a fresh motor? If so you will probably need to get it pretty much broke in or you will never find the sweet spot in the gears and will chase it around until the mill's broke in.

PS>Check this out it has lots of info on the 3 speed including the link to the manual of how to get to the 3rd gear cuz it's a little more tricky as you have to remove the top half of the trans.
