My girlfriend found it at her work (she works at a 2nd hand store)
Says T-Mobile or something works but I can't find out what it really is .. Please help

are you using it with a tmobile? if so just swap the sim cards and it will work fine. if its different companies you would have to get it unlocked for the other companies service to work i believe.
