I finally found the m3 die. added some threads. I'm going to test fit everything tomorrow.

The shocks mounts thread on fine. My truck is at work so i will fit everything tomorrow.

OK I'm trying to get a clear pic but apparently i shouldnt be using a camera. Cap heads are perfect. They fit with enough room to use a small washer on each side and no spacers. I Just added some more threads to a 45mm cap head screw.
