front bearing

So i was told to replace the front bearing i read something on here where someone said to bake the crank can i get the instructions on what to do to replace this bearing someone please help i want the leak to stop.

drive out the old bearing. freeze the new bearing for a hour ish and heat the block to 250 ish. then drive in the new one. only drive it on the outer race and keep it square to the block as it goes in.
