f4.1 rebuild

does anyone know where or what part number it is to rebuild the piston and sleeve on a f 4.1 hpi motor? any help would be appreciated

I don't think HPI breaks down the motor and sells parts for them. I might be wrong though.

good call as i've seen 4.1 engine parts on ebay but it may take a bit to find them as the 4.1 is discontinued now but i have seen them!!

thanks all ive been lookin thro ebay and have found nothing guess its time to do some experimenting with the old mill ... already have a fresh k4.6 in the truck

not sure if your interested or not but the place i deal with alot has 4.1 engine parts as i just looked for you, they are in canada though but have the crank,block and everything there, hope this may help!! and there customer service is great!!! go to "great hobbies" online and look under "replacement parts" and its all there!!
