Ok so I am beginning to learn the ins and outs of my savage 25 and I took my "baby" outside today (about 25 degrees F) and my engine started up on its second pull. I took a few laps around the house and realized it was running really rich so I leaned the low speed to where I wanted it. Now I turned the engine off and let it set for about two mins and when I tried starting it again it wouldn't.

I found this weird because the engine was warmed and had been running for 30 mins. So what could the problem be?

you might have got it too hot .. You want to run richer in cold weather .. leaner in Hot .. Air is more dense in cold weather .. More air means more fuel.. When a engine gets hot there is a temporary loss of compression. You should be ok just let it cool down the next time you try and start it up .. Just remember Colder weather run RICH !!!

Ok.....While I was trying to start it I noticed that it barely turn over then die so I gave it a little bit of throttle and it started but then died as soon as I layed off of it

Sounds like you are too lean on the lsn, put your lsn back to factory and lean out your HSN. When uning your engine, adjust the HSN first, then the LSN
