engine swap ???

I have a 4.6 savage with only 2 jugs thru it. My buddy bought a 5.9 at the same time as me with 3 jugs thru it, his engine is fine but he wants to up grade to the axial.28 and he wants to sell me his 5.9 for $100. is that a good buy and are there any issues with putting a 5.9 into a 4.6 chassis??

the 4.6 will out run the 5.9 in the top end . the 5.9 is just a torque monster but doesnt rev out . so i would stick with the 4.6.
the axial he want to upgrade to is the same as the hpisavage ss 4.6 motor
