hi i have a savage 4.6ss and i cant seem to get it started its been running fine until now ive been using my cordless drill to start it and today i noticed some fuel i think dripping from the roto start plate can i have blown a seal or somethig please help:shocked:

Welcome to the forum.

Some cordless drills do not spin the motor fast enough to start the motor, if its been working before, make sure your drill is fully charged or go back to the roto.

Check your glow plug and make sure its still good.

Check your OWB, it may be bad or dirty and not turning the motor over. It is normal for some oil to get back there, and the OWB gets crudded up. Take it out and clean with some WD-40 and you should get some more bite from the bearing. Eventually you will need to replace the OWB. Hope this helps.
