do they still make dual exhast for the savages like the use to? if so where can i buy one and if not would could i ask to make me one?

ya if i was wanting to go with a dual exhaust it would be tsais as the rest are more for looks then performance and the others i've heard are really loud lol

is there anything really good about going with the dual exhaust, instead of just the looks?

the thing i liked was it would spit all the oil and gunk out the back instead of all over your truck like normally happens with the single side exhaust but i've also heard the dual's are loud and don't really give you any more performance but i've never ran one so don't quote me on that lol and dreadnaught has a good point as well to concider!!

you can buy a 3.00 exhaust deflector. that gets ripped off, your out 3 bucks not 100 for the ch5? pipe. for that money you would be better off with the buku.

not really looking to have it really load, since i don't think the neighbors would like that. what pipe would you pick for performance and the best sound? and why would you pick that one as well?

for the best performance, definatly the buku, because it is adjustable and you have quite a few options on how to tune it. as far as sound, i think my hpi polished pipe sounds good, but so does the buku.

i was running the ribbed and i guess it was loud but i cant really compare it to anything as its all i ran till i bought the hpi polished which I'm using now but i haven't had a chance to try it and see what difference there is between the ribbed and the polished pipe!! i tried the rd lodgics 1 piece savage exhaust as well and its sitting in the drawer lol cus the way it mounted left it resting on the body and i could just see my body melting onto my shiny new exhaust and duh!!!!! i managed to cross thread the small screw that secures the exhaust to the hanger!!!

if your gonna invest in a pipe you might as well buy buku instead of wishing later you had went ahead an did it

the dual rear exhaust pipe are cool worth the smoke pooring out the back like i real truck they make exhaust hose for planes that are like 24 inches long and i ran it under the truck and zip tied it so it blow the oil out the back which work real good intill i riped it of going up a hill climb know i just have a deflector coming of the end off the nipple of nipple od the pipe

so then are you recommending me not to buy the dual exhaust, just go with the ones the others are talking about. Is there a website for these other pipes that you guys are talking about?

ok guys ive seen the dual pipes in action and they are stupid loud. like i workl at high octane hobbies and we arent the usual hobbies guys that are super sirious about the hobbie, and we beat the snot outta our trucks, but anyways those pipes are about as loud as like 9 savages running all at once so if you want loud with small gain go for it but other than that all i can say is buy a normal pipe same preformance and less noice

I would not make up your mind on loudness. You sould look at performance. If it lound and preforms well then go with it. I would also as hop about the link that he has posted he is very good about knowing what he posts about. just my two cents take it for what its worth

well I will probly just end up buying one pipe of each check to say that I have tried every single one, so I can help other people out that may have questions like I do.

i agree totally was just stating i've heard alot say there deafining loud, I'm experimenting with exhausts at the moment myself lol i went from the composite to a ribbed then i tried the rd lodgics 1 piece "well almost tried" lol i managed to crossthread the screw on the end of the exhaust that holds the pipe to the hanger:duh: and cant get it out so i cant secure the exhaust properly at the moment so its in the drawer with my ever growing collection and now i have the hpi polished on and we'll see how that goes, but my next one will be the buku no question!!
