thanks for looking buddy, but i figured out in retarted...the part that strip is just the old bevel gear from the original differentials, so i just need a new one of those, diff locker is still fine and it will be fixed today..

I personally don't like spools due to the added stress to the driveline. I use 500,000wt diff oil to give about the same effect, but allow independant movement of each axle.

My dad runs a locker in the rear of his basher/racer truck and it seems to do alright with it being so long.

I used to run a locker in my racer for the longest time and it took some getting used to.

I finally listen to Savageman46 and took the locker out for racing and i like it with out a locker for racing and with a locker for freestyle.

My dad and I lock our diffs with JB-Weld (works Great)

i personaly ru Monster Lockers by Vertigo preformance, these complealty eliminate the diff cups. which is why i started using them... i do only run them in the rear of my basher works good for what i use it for...i did however notice a larger turning radious on high grip surfaces...on loose stuff just burp the throttle and it will whip it right around
