Carburetors for a F4.6

Hi there I'm new to this site.
Currently in the midst of doing a custom build to my savage and want to know if the carburetor on this engine will work if the engine is mounted on a horizontal axis (i.e it is rotated 90 degrees from it's current position).

Yes it should. There is a member that posted a great project of his where he custom made TVPs and mounts for the engine to sit on its site. I'll see if I can find the thread.
