So I had my truck out running the other day but today I try to start it and it won't. I put in a brand new glow plug and charged my igniter all day and when I try to start it, it just puts. I'm using a drill instead of a roto start so my only guess is that its not turning fast enough. Can you guys please help?

Ya I think I am. When I mess with it today ill do it a little longer and see what happens

your drill may not be spinning it fast enought like mine was you could get it to want to start but it wouldnt. Get a bigger drill with more rpms and it should fire up for you. If you notice it is flodded don't try to start it with the drill no more because you will break something internal in the engine.

careful doing this, its how i smoked the OWB in my F when i was a nub.

i don't think you need a fast drill because a pull start spins it fast enough to start it.

id double check the glow plug and ig by removing it from the button and putting it in your ig & making sure it glows red.

9 times outta 10 if you got a good glow, good fuel lines & its primed, your too fat on the lsn.

give it some throttle while cranking it... i see a lot of new people not doing this and they wonder why their engines wont start...
