Hey guys, I need your help. For some odd reason I keep snapping the rear drive shaft on my savage. My differential is fine and the cup at the diff is in good condition. The only thing I can think of is the brake hub. I ran my savage with the stainless steel brake set up untill I realized how much better the fiberglass brakes were on my other savage, so I looked through my stuff and I had all the old parts to do the fiberglass setup. Bolted it up and ran it.... not even 5 minutes in, the rear drive shafts snaps. I looked at the brake hub and realized that there are groves worn inside the cup where the drive shaft slides in. Is the hub my problem? If it is, is there any way I can fix it or do I really have to replace it? Is there a good upgrade hub that will work with the fiberglass dual disk brakes?

Heres the pics, I think the dogbone is binding and snapping because of all the slop.

Alright cool, I will try that this weekend, do I need to put some fuel line in the brake cup and the cup on the pinion gear or just the one on the brake?
