bad one way bearing

My picco .26 has a bad one way bearing. How do you replace this it is an internal one way so i know that i am going to have to pull the backplate off but what am i looking at to fix this.

I cleaned both the shaft from the starter and the inside of the one way with nitro clean and changed it back to its pull start but it is still slipping so i think it is going to need to be changed.

actually i think i just need the shaft that goes into it anyone know where i can get one

if its slipping then the owb is wore out and or the shaft but you can spray it with wd40 to get a little more life out of it. I'm not sure where to get one but you could call ofna and see what they say.
