ok i have heard that the axial 28 and the hpi k4.6 are basicly the same.the one way beaering is the same i know that, the backplate to.now do u think a axial 28rr sleve and piston will fit the k.4.6.the 28rr comes factory ported,I'm thinking you can make a killer k.4.6 possibly

no, it wont work.

I have both engines here, the porting between the cases will not match.

The RR was a improvement from the spec 1 but, not the best choice out there by far.

I have ran, owned and modded a two hands full.

For a couple more dollars you can get a pretty good stock Picco that will outperform and outlast any Axial engine.

That being said, if you want to go fast and save money? go brushless

:deadhorse:

the thing i don't get is a picco 28 claims 34,000 rpm. a axial 28rr claims 39,000 to me more rpm means more power right

I do be leave the Axial rr will spin higher than a stock p3 but, that doesnt claim a win in the power.
Not going to get in a debate on which makes more power(picco does)
but, the fact is that if you compare a Picco to a Axial its not fair. The Picco is made of much better materials and will out perform and outlast the rr or any other axial product.

Its worth the extra money.

do they make a rotostart for a picco.I'm gonna buy the pullstart picco 28 tommrow but i like the rotostart
