then i pull it apart, re-bend the hook ..re-coil it ..
take it out (12:30am) go for a burn ..works fine..
then after tuneing (endless with this motor) and adjusting shift point
I pull it twice and poof ...same thing again..arrrrrgg
i use quick short pulls,seems to stay together longer.If your still runnin warm then richen it up maybe you are not broken in all the way ,i have to put a blanket on mine to get it to 200 an i,m in fl.
I'm starting to think It may be my "Venom"fail safe/temp gauge ..
my buddys got the same truck..same motor,,he set mine up just like his ..
and I'm always 260-300 while he's 180-240..???
then it shuts down ...or reduces throttle to 1/8 till it cools
