All u see are modded piccos why?

I'm just wondering why u pretty much just see modded piccos? I would say about 98% of the YouTube vidoes are of modded piccos. Are the piccos not good or not up to Parr with other engines unless there modded? I'm just curious is all wouldn't mind mine being modded but couldn't afford it I mean damn its already a 2 hundred dollar engine as it is lol.

its not that they arent up to par, its that they take so well to a mod. they are a quality mill worth modding. why mod a cheap axial engine with cheap components that wont last as long as a picco? If your investing in a mod you might as well put it on a worthy motor.

you can but the same theory applies. your modding a motor that isnt at its max life. your not getting the most out of your $100+ mod. Best way to do it is buy a new mill, run it thru break in tanks. this will ensure your modding a proper running, no defect motor. Most just send a new mill tho as its easier (i took the easy route)

88 covered all points. i agree stock is fine till you run that first modded-mill, once you do, a stocker will never give you the same thrill.
