I bought a Linksys Wireless-N Router off eBay. I had a Wireless-B for the longest time but anyway. I bought this router and tried to get it hooked up myself but I lost my notes from the numerous conversations that I have had with both Verizon and Linksys about hooking up/re-connecting to the internet after a power outage or whatever. So, I called Verizon. Let me tell you... I spent a half hour on the phone with this guys and he had my modem set up and ready to go but had to connect me (with him still on the line) to a Linksys Tech. The Tech asked me for the model number and serial number... then pauses and says your router is out of warranty... If you want you can buy a one time service for $29.99 or a 6-month for $59.99. I told that lady there was no way in hell that I am paying her for her to tell me to hit three buttons and type in some minor BS and I hung up the phone on them both.

about 2 minutes later the Verizon guy called me back and said after spending a half hour on the phone with you I decided to call you back to see if I could fix your linksys. Well after a couple buttons and a shut-down of everything (modem, router, cpu) and turning it back on... everything works.

How about that for customer service... he called me back... lol

One more thing, my Laptop on the Wireless-N is as fast now as my Home PC. On wireless-b it would take 15-30 minutes to download a youtube video now it's with-in seconds.

HAHA, thats pretty good for Verizons part. They are rated very high in CS but I didn't think that high. I have gotten peoples number to contact them back direct for help and so on but that sounds great.

+1 for Verizon.
