Hey,i have not been around much lately, my son had a taekwondo turny coming up,and we have been training realy hard, i could not be any prouder of him.
we attened the 34th annual u.s.a taekwondo championship, this past saturday in nashvill,tn
he finished 2nd overall in his rank and age group,I beleave in God, country, and my family, he is awesome.

hey,thanks for the replys,he's a great kid with the soul of a warrior and heart of a lion.
marital arts, is a great way to teach children and adults a like self discipline.
and to truly understand that,our only limits , are the ones we impose on our selves.. peace
