5.9 upgrade in a savvy 25

a buddy of mine is putting a 5.9 in his savvy 25. The spur gear isn't lining up any ideas? Also anything else someone can think of that would create a problem with this upgrade?

CB Shimming could cause this.

Shouldn't be much else that needs to be done to run the 5.9.

i put the 5.9 in my 25 not long ago. i use a smaller CB and it fit perfect. just go smaller on your CB or spur. i believe you shall be fine
