5.9 pipe

Anybody know of a good pipe to use on the 5.9

welcome to the forum... the pipe on the 5.9 is the polished hpi pipe ..instead of getting a new pipe to try to get the 5.9 to perform better ..your better off getting a new mill... .28 of some kind they eat the 5.9 up.. and just slap the hpi pipe on the new engine youll be happy with it ... but imo don't waste money on a new pipe for the 5.9 then to just turn around and end up getting a new engine later on... youll see ppl will chime in on this and back me up .. just stick it out till your ready for a new engine ,,, save your money... tc happy bashn..

Max is right but you might be able to get a cen Gen pipe on the cheep on ebay. Best pipe for that size mill.

I got the mill free from a friend but the pipe on it is for a losi bb just might try to get a stock 5.9 pipe

ohhhh gotchya ... yes get a stock polished hpi pipe from the bay its a cheap but decent pipe ...

I have only seen a couple of these 5.9's run, my buddy's kid has one and it seems not bad, pulls wheelies and rips ok. I did see one run the other night on a JP-2 and again it didn't seem too bad, if you have access to the JP-2 it might be worth trying. I wouldn't buy one just to try it but worth a try if you can find one as too many peeps having issues with them to spend any more money on it.

the cen gen pipe with the baffling out is the pipe for the 5.9 imo
