Will a sleeve and pistion from any 4.6 fit in a 3.5 block. If any one can help me thanks.

I doubt it would work, the porting in the block is going to be different and more than likely the sleeve is going to be way different also....
Besides for the time and effort it would take you would be better off just getting a new engine and go from there.....

Have you got a nitro star 21bb / 3.5 If so here's a eBay item number for piston and sleeve 310846699216. As I have the same engine
