So I was at my buddys house that I haven't seen in a few years. He owns his own construction company and moved back into the area. had a few drinks started bashing around his dirt bikes on the 8 acres he owns behind his house and was eyeing up some dirt mounds and said to him man I wish would have brought over my savage...he said you have a savage too! yeah well he banged his up pretty bad a few months ago and its been sitting idle. he asked me if I could fix it for him and he threw me $500 for parts and gave me a nitro 4-tec 2.5r and jr xs3 pro for doing the labor on it...pretty nice deal. now he wants to build a track in his yard, he has all these crazy *** construction machines, bulldozers, digging machines and a ton of dirt. so next weekend we are going to plot the track and start work. as soon as I get my sisters camera I will take pictures of my rig his rig and the ton of upgrades I'm going to put into his truck. of course pics of the track as we build. and the 4-tec as I start to slowly trick it out. this is what I'm thinking for him

FLM LCG extendexd TVPS
ofna 250 mid tank
HPI big bores
axial 8 spoke with losi zombie max
flextech arms upper and lower front and back
full ball bearings
nova clutch shoes
mugen 1.0 springs

I got a whole list just cant think at the moment. any suggestions you have or would like to see on a savage I'm up for it. its my project even though its his truck 🙂 if that makes any sense. he put me in total control basically said I don't care how much it cost build me a beast.

With $500 I would go with RPM A Arms...much cheaper and they are lighter/stronger than stock, I have ran a savage for 4 years and just broke my first one yesterday....

Anyways here is my list

-FLM LCG or Ect. LCG TVP's
-Futaba 3PM 2.4ghz (if he doesn't already have a 2.4ghz system)
-Mid tank of your choice
-645mg or better steering servo
-Ofna linkage mod
-Nova clutch shoes
-Maximizer Beadlocks
-CEN GST Shocks
-humpback

the rpm center skid wont fit with the lcg tvp's. flm makes an alu one that has held up to my bashing, and its like 15$
